My passion for poetry began in my eighth-grade English class in which I wrote a small collection of poetry, telling the tale of a widowed woman reflecting on a moment in time with the love of her life. This raw emotional narrative unlocked a deep passion of mine for poetry, marking the beginning of my journey as a writer.

Upon completing my bachelor's degree in English and Philosophy, I wanted to create a space in which I could share my experiences through themes of culture, heritage, emotion and nostalgia.

 

I hope to show the world that being sensitive and emotional is a strength, and not a weakness.
